These Terms of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Laqumi online store.
These Terms of Sale govern the sale of educational tablets and related accessories (the "Products") offered by LAQUM, a SASU with its registered office at 1 Allée Charles Fourier, 77186 Noisiel, France, registered under SIRET number 101 209 856 00018 (VAT: FR 83101209856) (the "Seller"), to any individual consumer (the "Customer"). Placing an order on the Laqumi online store implies the Customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these Terms of Sale.
The Products offered for sale are those shown on the website on the day the Customer visits it. The Seller takes great care in presenting and describing its educational tablets to inform the Customer as accurately as possible. However, errors or omissions may occur, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts.
Prices are displayed in the currency of the Customer's country, as shown at checkout. Shipping is free.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time; however, the Product will be invoiced at the price in effect when the order is confirmed.
Customs fees: the Seller handles all customs formalities for deliveries to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. No customs fees, duties or import taxes are charged to the Customer on delivery.
The ordering process includes the following steps: choosing the Product, confirming the cart, entering contact details, choosing the shipping method and paying.
Payment is due immediately when the order is placed.
The Customer may pay by bank card or any other secure payment method offered on the website (e.g. PayPal, Apple Pay).
The order is only final once the Seller has received full payment.
Products are delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Processing: orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery: standard delivery takes 2 to 3 weeks.
If shipping is delayed, the Customer will be notified by email. If delivery is delayed by more than 30 days beyond the estimated date, the Customer may cancel the order and receive a full refund.
The Customer has 14 days from receipt of the educational tablet to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason or pay any penalty.
Products must be returned in their original, complete condition (packaging, accessories, instructions) so they can be resold as new. The Customer is responsible for the product during the return; any damage may void the right of withdrawal.
Return shipping costs are paid by the Customer.
To exercise this right, the Customer must contact customer service at contact@laqumi.fr.
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, LAQUM will refund the amounts paid within 14 days of being notified, using the same payment method as the original order.
The tablets sold on the website are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to any statutory rights the Customer has under the law of their country, allowing the Customer to return Products that are delivered defective or not as described.
A non-conforming Product may be returned, exchanged or refunded.
All claims and exchange or refund requests must be sent by email to contact@laqumi.fr.
LAQUM cannot be held liable for inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the internet, in particular service interruptions, external intrusions or computer viruses. Furthermore, the Seller cannot be held liable for failure to perform the contract in the event of force majeure (strike, natural disaster, pandemic, etc.).
All elements of the website are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of LAQUM. No one may reproduce, use, redistribute or exploit in any way, even partially, any element of the website, whether software, visual or audio.
The Seller collects personal information about the Customer that is necessary to process the order and to improve the services and information sent to the Customer. This information is kept for security purposes and to comply with legal and regulatory obligations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
These Terms of Sale are governed by French law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rules of the Customer's country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action.
